To place an order, you can visit our website, email us, or contact us via WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through the process, from selecting fabrics and styles to providing your measurements.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Free shipping is available on all orders over THB 3000 within Thailand.

Orders and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed in Thai Baht (THB).

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Order modifications are possible within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be accommodated as production will have commenced.

How do I track my order?

Absolutely! If you are in Phuket, visit our store or schedule an appointment for a hotel visit. For those not in Phuket, please use our online measurement guide to get precise results.

How long does it take to make a custom suit or tuxedo?

The production time for custom garments typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

كانت تجربة مميزة للغاية في تفصيل بدلة لزوجي. تم أخذ المقاسات بدقة، وفي اليوم التالي أُجريَت تجربة القياس، وفي اليوم الثالث كانت البدلة جاهزة بإتقان. جودة الخياطة ممتازة جدًا، مع استخدام أقمشة عالية الجودة وتشطيب احترافي. كما أن التعامل كان راقيًا ولطيفًا من قبله ومن قبل زوجته، وكانا متعاونين وودودين طوال التجربة. أنصح بالتعامل معه لمن يبحث عن الجودة والسرعة والإتقان.

Einfach großartig. Super nette, kompetente Beratung und Abnahme meiner Maße. Innerhalb von 12 Stunden hatte ich mein persönlich geschneidertes Hemd und meine Krawatte, die extra für mich sogar noch verlängert wurde. Die Qualität sucht seines gleichen. Nicht vergleichbar mit Hemden „ von der Stange“. Daher verdiente 5 von 5 Sternen. Wer einmal hier in Karon ist, muss unbedingt bei the Alex Fashion House reinschauen. Es lohnt sich wirklich!!!

Alex e il suo staff sono maestri nell'accoglienza e nel consiglio: l'attenzione ai dettagli è maniacale e la parsimonia nelle prove assicura un risultato perfetto. Una nota di merito particolare va alla loro capacità di vestire "a pennello" anche le taglie forti come la mia, cosa non scontata. La qualità dei tessuti e del servizio non ha nulla da invidiare alle migliori boutique occidentali. Se siete a Karon (Phuket), questa è definitivamente la scelta giusta.
